COVID-19 VACCINE has finally arrived today 1-5-2021 and was distributed to the residents and staff. The second dose will be distributed on 1-26-2021. It was a day full of smiles for everyone at the facility!

Notice to Family Members and Visitors

Dear Family Member/Visitor,
In an effort to promote the health and well-being of our residents with regard to COVID-19 transmission (Coronavirus), we are limiting visitation to the facility. This means that visitors are not allowed to come into the facility, except for certain situation, such as end-of-life situations or when a visitor is essential for the resident’s emotional well-being and care. Also, if any visitor has been exhibiting signs or symptoms of being sick (i.e., fever, coughing, sneezing, and the like) that you suspend visitation of your loved one at Hamilton Continuing Care Center until you are symptom-free, even in extreme situations.
We will be taking each situation on a case by case basis, so please feel free to reach out to any of our managers if you have questions (see list below). We realize that the well-being of your loved one is your highest priority, as is ours. Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation and understanding.
