On June 23rd Medical Home Pharmacy Partnered with HCCC and brought their Mobile Unit to provide COVID-19 Vaccine (Pfizer) to their patients, staff, family members and friends. Second Clinic will be held on July 14th.

New Bus Stop At Hamilton
HAMILTON TOWNSHIP, NJ (MERCER)–Assemblyman Dan Benson (Hamilton) joined elected officials and representatives from Hamilton Continuing Care Center (HCCC) and New Jersey Transit (NJT) for a ribbon cutting ceremony for a new NJ Transit bus stop for frontline workers at HCCC. Santa and Mrs. Clause recently did window visits to spread some JOY for the residents at HCCCC. The residents were all smiles to see them !
HCCC Is Excited To Announce Their Partnership With NJ Transit.
HCCC now has a bus stop, right on property to help new and current employees get to and from work and also for family members to visit their loved ones. They are all very grateful and thankful to all of those who helped make this project a reality!

Soles4Souls Donates 180 Pairs of Shoes to Hamilton Continuing Care Frontline Workers – Hamilton Pulse
COVID-19 has affected every one of us, but among the people most devastated by the pandemic are those working in healthcare facilities: housekeeping staff, nurses, receptionists, physicians, food service staff, administrators, lab technicians… the list is endless.
That’s where Soles4Souls is showing local frontline workers some love with brand new shoes as part of their 4 the Frontlines campaign which is aimed at providing shoes to the very people working day in and day out to keep us safe.

Beautiful Planter Boxes
Mercer County Technical School students and instructors from the Horticulture and Turf Management and Carpentry program just completed a project for HCCC residents. They made beautiful planter boxes for those who like to garden . Along with a beautiful paver patio to get to the boxes in their wheel chairs.

National Nursing Home Week
In Honor of National Nursing Home Week residents and staff at HCCC enjoyed home made tomato pies made on sight by Cara Mia’s Pizza!
