Beautiful Planter Boxes

Mercer County Technical School students and instructors from the Horticulture and Turf Management and Carpentry program just completed a project for HCCC residents. They made beautiful planter boxes for those who like to garden . Along with a beautiful paver patio to get to the boxes in their wheel chairs.

National Nursing Home Week

In Honor of National Nursing Home Week residents and staff at HCCC enjoyed home made tomato pies made on sight by Cara Mia’s Pizza!

The Rotary Club of Hamilton is Celebrating 50yrs

The Rotary Club of Hamilton is Celebrating 50yrs.

So in celebration of that they are doing 50 Acts of Kindness.  Their President Diane Grillo and fellow Rotarian Yolanda Stinger presented green carnations to all the residents during their St. Patrick’s Day Celebration to brighten their day!

Recently HCCC donated over 100 toys to Joey’s Little Angels 8th Annual Toy Drive held at Nottingham Ballroom on November 24th, 2018. Erin Bowman of Hamilton stopped by HCCC on July 6th with her mother and sister to visit with her grandmother who is a resident of our facility. Erin was ask to join in and sing with Deja-Vu the entertainment that was provided by us at our summer party. Erin wowed her grandmother with her amazing voice, as well as all the other residents, families and staff that where there. WE wish Erin all the very best, as she continues her career as a singer/song writer.
