Hamilton Continuing Care Center offers a long term care unit , where our staff is devoted to creating a warm and friendly atmosphere in an aesthetically pleasing environment. Special programs and services have been designed to meet the individual needs of our long-term residents, as well as unique amenities. Our highly trained staff is committed to the care of each resident and their quality of life. We are proud of the tenure of our staff and their commitment to the well being of all residents and their families.
